Isabella and & Jean-Paul’s Merribee House Wedding 🧡 We recently had the pleasure of catering for Isabella and & Jean-Paul’s beautiful wedding located on the NSW South Coast, just outside of Nowra. Prior to every client event we complete a thorough site visit of the venue and design a detailed floor plan. This allows us to plan for where everything for the event will be setup, taking into consideration the space, the views and the event requirements. Our goal is for our equipment setup to cohesively and seamlessly blend in with the event background. The food theatre in our ‘inspired by fire’ and food stations creates an element of entertainment at every event. We aim to delight all of our guests senses with our cooking. Guests at Monica & Zac’s wedding indulged in the flavours of Spain with our mouthwatering seafood paella, crafted with care and steeped in tradition. Using our large paella pans, we were able to create 250 serves of this mouth watering dish for the entree. The wedding guests enjoyed watching our chefs bring this dish to life as the pans were setup right next to their tables, adding to the theatre of Monica & Zac’s wedding menu. Our team is always up for an adventure and we love nothing more than packing up our equipment, utensils and ingredients and hitting the road to unique and far-reaching locations, in order to bring our clients culinary visions to life. Chef’s Carl and Clay recently took to the magnificent Sydney harbour by barge to cater for Monica & Zac’s magical harbourside wedding. Monica & Zac’s Wedding – Part 2 We first met Monica & Zac when we catered for Zac’s 30th birthday a few years prior to their big day. Monica loved the birthday menu so much, in particular the Asador Pig (image one), that they wanted to replicate a version of the menu for their big day. With a few elevated (and sentimental) twists to the original menu, we worked alongside the gorgeous couple to create a culinary experience that would delight the senses and satisfy the taste buds of their most treasured friends and family members. The couple’s menu featured roaming canapés on arrival, followed by shared entrees, mains prepared on our wood-fired domes and the asador, individually plated desserts and a grazing table for supper later in the evening - needless to say no one went hungry. Both wedding guests and tourists on the island were captivated by our chefs carving the meats out the front of the venue, with all the cameras flashing their way they felt like rockstars!
