Founded by Florencia Vazquez in 2015, CHAPA is a family-run Sydney caterer that started catering for friends with a 100% fire run kitchen (Yes, without any electricity!)
A few years down the track, the business has grown organically and expanded to offering modern Australian menus for weddings, corporate & private events.
We work with local farmers and suppliers to develop seasonal menus using only the finest and sustainable ingredients.
Inspired by fire is now a division of the business that looks after all wood-fired run events, with menus that take roots to South American cuisine, whilst Chapa encompasses everything else.
With our head-chef Sal leading our creative department, we are able to develop menus to ensure the Chapa gastronomic experience meets the expectations of every customer. His skills & creativity can make any idea come to reality.
